My 86 year old mother has received very comprehensive care from Indy. She did a wonderful job of matching mom with a fabulous caregiver, Catherine, that she really clicked with, and Indy listened to feedback when another caregiver wasn’t a fit. We were reassured by the Covid precautions used, including Catherine being the only caregiver going into mom’s house. Indy checks in regularly to make adjustments to the care as needed, consulted with mom’s family doctor regarding concerning symptoms to get them addressed, and we have felt very included in all decisions made. I live in a different city, and it has been a relief to know mom is receiving reliable professional support when I can’t be there. Highly recommended!

My mother received excellent care from Indy and her team. Mom’s wish was to pass away at home and she went from needing minimal care to 24 hour care very quickly. Indy was able to accomodate that within a day, which was very impressive. There were two care aids in particular that my mom adored. They were with her on her last day. One of them even stayed past her shift as she didn’t want to leave. They sang to mom and her face lit up. They embraced mom and became quite attached to her; they are angels in my book. Indy worked so hard and saw mom daily in her last week or two. Thank you so much for making mom’s wish, for her final weeks, come true. 💙
